Before You Begin
Notice what you already trust.
A fan can spin fast enough that the individual blades disappear into a blur - but the blades are still there.
Radio and Wi-Fi signals move through the space around us every day, carrying information we never see moving.
Gravity holds us to the earth with every step, even though we never watch it doing the work.
You don’t need to decide what any of this means.
Simply notice how much of everyday life we experience without directly seeing it.
Bring that same curiosity into your session. There is nothing
you are supposed to feel, see, or experience. Just notice.
Before Your Session
Take a moment to check in with yourself. There are no right answers - this simply gives us a starting point for today.
What Did You Notice?
There is no right experience to record. You may have noticed a lot, very little, or nothing you can immediately name. Take a few quiet minutes and write whatever feels worth remembering.
